Your first visit will be a “Meet and Greet” session with Jenelle. This is a no-pressure session to see if you and Jenelle are the right therapeutic match for one another. Jenelle will also do an intake review during this session to explore the best approach for your treatment & therapy journey.
Jenelle’s current session fees (for both Online and In-Person) are:
- $200 per 50-minute session, and
- $400 per 100-minute session.
Jenelle is available most Mondays-Fridays 8:30am to 4:30pm with the last session being offered at 3:30pm. Please note she has limited available for late afternoon appointments and this may impact your wait time if you are only available during these hours.

Yes, Jenelle offers both in-person and remote/online counselling sessions via Zoom.
When you book an online appointment you will receive a Zoom link for your online session in your automated follow-up “Appointment Reminder” email from the Jane App. When you join the Zoom meeting you will be placed in a virtual waiting room until the session begins.
You can pay for your session by either Credit Card or E-transfer. Please note a valid credit card will be required at the Meet and Greet even if you’re paying by E-transfer.
Jenelle does not provide direct billing for extended benefits, but upon receipt of payments she is happy to provide a receipt for your session so you can seek reimbursement from your plan independently.
Yes, Jenelle does work alongside the following third-party insurers:
- Autism Funding BC (AFU)
- Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC)
- Medavie Bluecross
- Private Bluecross
- First Nations Health Authority (FNHA)
If you have a question about other third-party insurers, we invite you to contact us.
Jenelle requires 2 business days’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you provide less than 2 business days’ notice (or miss your appointment, and/or show up late) you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100 for the first cancellation and full session cost for any subsequent cancellations. In the event of an emergency or severe illness, you can contact us to discuss your options.
